This restaurant is wonderful! If you drink, order the espresso martini! It's incredible. I ordered the octopus, and it was such a large portion, and super delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful space and atmosphere with staff that is eager to serve. The duck was outstanding as was the sea bass. The scallops were good, but seemed a little lacking. No hot tea selections or Pellegrino for those that weren't having an alcoholic beverage.

My husband and I are so excited to have found The Lodge! We celebrated our 29th anniversary there and can’t wait to go back! We had a tallow candle with bread to start and then our main courses, crab for me and scallops for him, were off the charts good. We had an amazing server that was very knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful. We cant wait for spring so we can set out on the deck and watch the sunsets with an adult beverage. Thank you for the memory and a beautiful evening.

We had very attentive service, and the server arrived at our table almost immediately. The space is generously laid out and nicely appointed with comfortable and handsome chairs of varying styles. The amuse bouche in the form of a delicious orange sake was a nice welcome. Additional drinks took a bit longer to arrive at the table. The specials were explained in detail. The menu is somewhat limited; so go in knowing this. A broader selection of beef dishes would be a good suggestion on top of the wide selection of non-beef options. Short ribs or Waygu seem to be an odd limitation to the beef offerings. (How about a filet or a NY strip?) The tuna tartare with the spectacular house-made wontons was our favorite dish. We told our server if they sold those wontons by the bags we'd get one to go! The complimentary birthday dessert was a nice surprise and delicious treat. The olive oil ice cream was amazing and their pastry chef is obviously very talented. Our server, Ty, was knowledgable and gregarious and made our dinner more delightful. We will certainly go back.

Great food, beautiful restaurant, amazing service. Two recommendations: offer espresso; have some dining chairs that aren’t as deep and offer a higher back.

The steak was pretty good, but pricey. I prefer to receive my steak uncut when served. This was cut. You receive 3 scallops with the scallop plate. Ours were overcooked and chewy. At an upper class restaurant I expect them to be cooked perfectly. Our waiter was excellent! The other wait staff were clearly new at waiting tables. The young gentleman who poured water, poured the persons on my right, over me rather than walking around the table. The person who served the dishes of food and cleared the table was unsure about where to set things, reached over us, and did not know which utinsil's went with what dish. For the amount of money we paid, I was displeased and don't think we will return. My expectations are high as I have been in the restaurant business for 20+ years. There are many kinks to be worked out at the Lodge.

We had a very enjoyable evening. Overall it was a little pricey and would love to see more of a variety on the menu. Missed seeing a filet steak and a nice salmon dish on the menu. Also it would help if the plates were warmed since the food could do with being a little warmer. We would definitely go back such a beautiful restaurant and the views are awesome.

This is my second time eating at The Lodge. The service from the front hostess stand to our server to bartender were remarkably good and well versed in their job responsibilities, so that means the training is on point. The presentation of food was very nice. I had the steak, the others ate the short ribs. There was nothing left on any of the plates by meals end. Kudos to the chef for an excellent meal. The quality of the food is definitely worth the visit and repeated visits. The staff only adds to the fabulous experience . Christine- Fort Collins
