    After a not so great experience at our last visit we decided to give the Lodge another try and are so glad we did. My hubby and I enjoyed an early dinner last Saturday night. We started by sharing a caesar salad (they even put it on two plates!) and the beef carpaccio which were both excellent! My hubby was disappointed they didn't have the prime rib and decided to have the New York striploin instead which came with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies - he really enjoyed both! Steak was cooked to his preference. I had the brown butter sablefish over edamame, little potatoes, mushrooms and seared cherry tomatoes - it was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary birthday dessert - creme brulee made with eggnog! Also super delicious. All in all it was a very satisfying evening! We will be back!
