When you walk in to the lobby, there is an immersive presentation that seems enchanting! Absolutely beautiful ambiance and atmosphere on the main level. When going down stairs…. Meh. Not so much. We walked down into what appeared similar to a small college dining hall, or that of a small town vfw meal hall. We were shoved into a corner, and left to sit for about 20 mins before a young lady came and took our orders. Nothing was explained, so we eventually found menus on line, and just sat….. sat and sat…. Waiting for our water. Once she came back, I ordered the French toast, but let’s face it, I was there for the mimosas! And my partner took his usual wevos rancheros. He was brought back something less than remarkable and I was brought 4 overly fried triangles of bread, that looked nothing like the pictures. Sub par at best. The mimosas tasted heavily of champagne….. with minimal orange juice but the juice was not sweet, it had more of a bitter flavor. Not what you would desire to balance the already bitter champagne. But for 20 dollars bottomless and they specifically say “no sharesies” I wasn’t going to do one and done. I was able to hold two, and then paid and left. Over all would I be willing to do it again….. No. but could the concept work? Absolutely!

Unfortunately, the service was not good at all! I give people the benefit of the doubt however it was so poor. Didn’t receive water for 30 minutes upon sitting, our drink order was taken but not received for 45 minutes and we didn’t get refills for bottomless mimosas unless we asked. Food order was wrong and received after and an hour and 45 minutes of sitting…we had an escape room booked and thought 2 hours would be enough time to eat and drink but we were shoving in our food and begging for the check so we weren’t late but we ended up being late to escape room. This was for a bday party and there were only 5 at our table so it’s not like we were a huge group. :( I felt badly because I recommended it but it was disappointing.

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I usually love the Lobby but the service was very poor, and when paying and being timed for bottomless mimosas it was a bit frustrating. The food was also not as described. Many of us ordered the BLAT and it simply didn’t have the ingredients it said it would. Spring mix instead of arugula, no tomatoes, no aioli and if it did it was so minimal it couldn’t be tasted. Honestly I was just simply disappointed.

Food wasn’t anything special. Service was worst than awful. I’ll share more on Google.

Great place. One minor thing - seemed odd to me that all patrons were seated on one side of the restaurant when the whole other side was wide open…was a bit uncomfortable. The area wasn’t so large that the servers would have to walk that far if the patrons were spread out more. It would have made sense if it was busy, but it wasn’t. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The coffee was barely warm with only a few people in the place. Food was barely warm and average. Would have been better if served up to temp. There should be no reason for cool food with only five tables sat at 10:00 AM.

For a reservation for 3 we were shown to a two top table, I refused and said no way. I went to a 4 high top table and said we will sit here as they kept trying to to figure out what to do and how they could move me. Saving grace was the server who was great and the food was mediocre.

Server was clearly hung over and not feeling his best, the potatoes tasted freezer burned in the hash we ordered, the chicken was good in the chicken and biscuits and the gravy was pretty good too. Not wow-rd by any means, this experience was my worst by far. But otherwise is usually a good spot, so was disappointed.
