   First, our server was wonderful. All of us had the Cesaer with the Keg Classic, and we did not like the salad as it has recently changed. The former salad was way better with chunks of cheese and without those crushed breadcrumbs. The current salad looks poor with minimal cheese, and the breadcrumbs have a flavour as if to mask the fact that there is minimal cheese - the very essence of a Cesaer salad. taste After speaking with a few friends who also frequent the Keg, they also shared the same sentiment. As long time Keg customers for over 25 years, we suggest you revert back to your former salad. Thanks.

   Really good spot. The service was excellent and so was the food. Yes it’s a chain, but this restaurant is better than almost any other in Halifax in my opinion. They’ve really got their act together.

    My steak wasn't cooked to medium well, so it had to go back to cook a bit more, therefore the juices came out and it was dry and then a bit over cooked. The restaurant didn't charge for me the steak dinner, which was great. But overall the service was fantastic, and the other steak dinners were amazing.
