   Waited a long time to be seated or even acknowledged when we first arrived, when finally seated took a long time for food order to be taken, it was a late table understand that they were busy but disappointed with the service provided and waited a long time for food to arrive. Food was average at best, kids chicken was very dry my fish stew was served with cold mash potatoes and lacked any flavor was very disappointed for a £20 dish, on a positive my wife was happy with her fish pie. Also the pint of moretti poor had an after taste and lacked life. Overall felt more like a mediocre hotel restaurant not a homely village pub

   Fantastic Gasro Pub . Lovely atmosphere. Beautiful food . Just what we needed after a strole on a Hiddengem of a beach.

   Food was amazing & plenty of options for a gluten free requirement …the two ladies running the floor were lovely & attentive even though very busy ! Very cosy atmosphere..would definitely return !

   It was very expensive and the food was not that good. Also he service did not match the pricing. The place is dog friendly which is ok except where people are eating there should be a separate dining area for non dog owners. The wines were particularly expensive given the poor service levels so overall very disappointing especially as we had booked for a birthday meal.

   Cosy country gastro pub with a large menu and something to suit all tastes. Very dog friendly with gardens at the front and back to catch the sun. When we went the waiting staff were really stretched with only 2 serving a large dining area which meant waiting longer for service.

   Lovely food, and very good value. Service was very good. We will definitely return. Noise level was high due to a wedding party being in the restaurant, this did give a happy atmosphere.

    Wonderful service and lovely space. However a couple of us ordered the catch of the day Prawn Greek style salad and there were 6 small prawns, 4 olives and a little crumbled feta and salad leaves and cabbage and it was £25. I was surprised what was served for the price, however lovely it was. I recommend the fish and chips that the rest of the party had, they looked lovely and they all said it was lovely.
