   I found the chairs very low and not particularly comfortable they appeared to have been around for awhile , I chose the ivy burger which was dry and I think over priced , presentation was good , my wife had sea bass which she enjoyed, hope you find this constructive criticism,

   Exceptional service and lovely staff. Beautifully presented food and drinks. Several options for Brunch & Lunch. Will definitely visit again.

   We really weren’t impressed. The food was cold and although at the time of booking I had mentioned it was my birthday, it wasn’t acknowledged. Although a gentleman who must have shared the same birthday had a cake with a candle for his Birthday. We travelled from Sheffield and I’m sorry to say it was a disappointing birthday/meal.

   We were served by 2 waiters, the reason for 4stars and not 5 was down to the first waiter, he did his job but was not personable at all..quite cold and uninterested. The second waiter in comparison was fabulous, a breathe of fresh air and a credit to the company - training on interpersonal skills definitely required in this job! Thank you for making the experience lovely me second waiter!

   Such a lovely venue: fantastic facilities and wonderful service. The menu offers something for everyone and the food is always consistently fabulous. I love it here.

   We dine here regularly and always have a wonderful time. This time was my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my day really special. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous day!

   A pleasant lunch with friends; however table we were given was in a rather noisy & busy area, so it was difficult to hear what friends were saying. When we checked menu prior to booking there were more options for the starters on the 2 courses for £19.95, so as a vegetarian that was a bit disappointing. Service was friendly, food was good.

    A friendly reception led to a very enjoyable evening celebrating my wife’s birthday. We have visited the Ivy a number of times and it maintains a very high standard. Thank you Ivy.
