The starter and the burgers were tasteless and dry. With a tone of mayonnaise to cover the dry patties. We had to wait for 3 burgers for more than 30 minutes , plus one of our glasses with soft drinks arrived extremely dirty. I can’t justify any of the above because the place was relatively empty when we arrived. The waiting stuff was polite but no one noticed the delay and the manager did not even bother to ask us how was our experience. Overall a very unpleasant experience especially when you have limited time to spend and also a 5year old who got really bored waiting for the meal to finish.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We apologise for the issues with the food, long wait times, and dirty glass, as well as the lack of attention from our team. This is not the standard we aim to provide. If you would like to discuss your review further, please get in touch with our guest relations team. Best regards, The Ivy Tower Bridge Team

Location is outstanding and service is excellent. Food is good enough. It’s the dreadful ‚muzak‘ blaring out that is so unsettling and headache inducing. Like a beach on the Cote D‘azure playing tired old pop hits. A little instrumental jazz would go a long way to help.
