Not the best of the Ivys. Table area was filthy from last diners when we were shown to our table so they had to come and clean it. Service was poor throughout, took forever for food to come and plates to then be cleared. Bill was wrong with three additional puddings on it. Won’t head back. Food good, typical Ivy fare.

There was very poor food and service; the avocado was old and oxidised, the food was tasteless and the pastries old, disappointing.

Food service was very slow and waited for over an hour. Food was below average on arrival coming from a set menu. Would not recommend!

The staff were helpful and the guy who waited at table, very charming. The cheese soufflé was super. The fish cake was good too, though I prefer flour covering to breadcrumbs. The only issue was the very loud noise. The streets had been loud on my journey there and I just wanted to chill. I did get into it but thank goodness I was dining alone as conversation would have been tricky, if not impossible.

Service was rushed as it was Valentine’s Day and they clearly wanted to get us out as quickly as possible. Food was average. Tables very close together and not a relaxing environment. Not what you’d expect from The Ivy brand.

Francesco was a phenomenal server. He could not do enough to accommodate us and those with allergies. His manner was professional but friendly. Great evening and fantastic food.

Lovely early dinner with friends. All happy with our choices; I had shepherds pie, other fish and chips & fishcakes. Service was OK, could have been a bit more attentive but overall no complaints.
