    I was disappointed that a Xmas festive dessert, which I was eager to try, was only available as part of a set menu. I had hoped to order it à la carte according to the a la carte menu. I felt misled, as I was under the impression that all menu items were available individually. the food was not as advertised. I ordered little helper colada, which looked vastly different from the image in the menu. The presentation was unappealing. This was not the quality I was expecting, especially considering the price point.

    The usual high ivy standard sadly lacking here. Cold food, bickering staff. Soulless.

    Our booking was 12:45. Arrived early , didn’t have to wait for our table and went straight to our space and was served straight away which I thought was great, usually restaurants keep you waiting till your booking, this wasn’t the case and the afternoon was lovely .     Service and restaurant lovely. However for the breakfast the products were poor, sausage and hash browns clearly of low value and worse than the local cafe. A shame, devaluing the ivy brand by such actions.

    The venue was very busy but the atmosphere was amazing The service was excellent and the food was lovely and hot and very well presented. I would definitely visit again.

    Been to other Ivy Grills, but this was my favourite. Beautiful setting, nice ambience, great serving staff. Enjoyed the experience will come again.

    Atmosphere was brilliant Along with the surroundings then came the food which was spectacular, two courses , three bottles of wine plus a couple of shorts under £250! Definitely return

    Your staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome and valued. Food is always lovely and I really appreciate the care taken over my gluten free ordering and the security of my food being flagged as GF. Thank you.
