Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive Set Menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am-6:30pm.     Normally they coat check and the other four in our group all female had theirs done but I was never offered even when I queried where to put my umbrella & I just received a pointed finger to a wall and a “there” as barely a response. So not a great start. When seated the person seating us was a bit rude about two of the party that had drinks whilst waiting at the bar and asking if they paid or not. The rest of us (3 people)ordered drinks (water and coke zeros) & they took almost 20 minutes to come which is pretty slow. The waiters were friendly but not attentive only to take the order and drop off no checks in between if we needed anything & then came with the bill rather than ask if we wanted anything. Usually a nice spot but service was pretty crap today tbf

    Really enjoyed visiting. The food is slightly overpriced in and of itself but more than made up for by the experience in terms of ambience. Overall, first time going but not the last!

    Great experience but… First, when I made the reservation, I told them it was a date and asked for a special table. As soon as I arrived, they had me waiting at the counter for 45 minutes. But the worst part came later: they gave me the worst table, at the entrance next to the passageway. When I explained my request and that I preferred to wait, the first response from the "girls" was that nothing was guaranteed. No effort to please the customer. I insisted... and waited another 10 minutes and they gave me a good table. But the failed experience was there... a shame.

    Enjoyed the evening the waiter came to our table at 9 pm and said we needed to vacate the table we still had wine to drink I told him we would finish our drinks and then leave . Which we did wasn’t impressed
