    Food excellant as always. Staff and service wonderful as always. Restaurant Christmas decorations non existing. Two snowman at front door, One Christmas tree upstairs and one Christmas tree downstairs. Very disappointed as in previous year very festive with garland up staircase and twinkling lights everywhere and large wooden Nutcracker soldiers etc. Took my sister and friend for their 1st visit to Ivy and we waited till December so they could see the decorations which were really disappointing. Also to be charged service charge to sit on bar stools at bar ridiculous. And to serve 3 people dinner service charge £25 also ridiculous. Have been many times but won't be back and wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

    A birthday lunch for two. The food was absolutely on point both in terms of taste and presentation. Service was efficient and friendly. There isn’t a single thing worthy of meaningful criticism. A lovely experience in every respect.

    Very small entrance at Gladgow Ivy. Quite a few people waiting and crammed together waiting to be seated. Then once we were seated it was a very small table for 3. When drinks and food were being served I had to put 2 of our dri as on a shelf to fit the food o table. There were great seati g areas for bigger parties but if you are eating for 2 especially which I would say us as a thre were squashed into its not so good. You feel like ypur sitting with the people next to you. Food was nice and very quickly served. Staff very nice. Jus rather crammed in my opinion.

    Another great meal at The Ivy with excellent service from the welcome and from our waiter - Michael was friendly and very attentive throughout our meal which was excellent-the desserts were divine. Overall a first class dining experience in a very busy restaurant.

    Absolutely brilliant, we got caught in traffic due to the weather, staff moved the booking and looked after my wife's parents while they waited. The food choice was excellent, the service was a 10 out of 10, and the quality of the food was fantastic.

    Initially waitress said food would be a while arriving would we like nibbles! We declined and food arrived 5 minutes later!!! A ploy to buy more? Had fish cakes with poached egg on top. Egg was cold and food not terribly warm. However it was tasty,
