We went to the Brasserie to mark a special occasion and we were rewarded with fantastic personal service. We really felt special. The food was amazing and we will definitely return.

It was like a nut house, a school canteen. The music was so loud we could hardly hear ourselves speak. People had to shout above the music and there was zero ambience. N Fish slightly undercooked. Chips nice. Staff nice and attentive. I won’t be coming back. not and enjoyable experience. You just wanted to move customers as quickly as possible by making it so unpleasant. You moved me so much I won’t be coming back. We came to manchester for the day shopping from Harrogate. A great disappointment

Waited at the bar for our table. Had to remind the staff to seat us after a longish wait. Altho we d booked, the reception staff tried to seat us in the open bar area on the top floor which we refused. Despite this we had an enjoyable time.

Over cooked steak and tasteless burger. Shepherd's pie ok. Difficult to get attention to order more drinks, or to get bill, or to pay. Always asked if special occasion, as if it is spectacular, we go regularly to manchester is harrogate Ivy, so we know what we are expecting. The food just needs to up it's game.
