    We went to Ivy Asia for birthday celebrations. Food was great, ambience great but the staff really need to learn customer service. We chose the set menu and food was brought out at a nice pace, however, there was definitely no ‘service with a smile’. Food was dumped on the table and one waiter spilt the soy sauce on the table and went to walk off without clearing it up, no apology or offer of replacement. I have visited Ivy Asia in Leeds and had a much better experience there.

    Rubbish customer service. Who sends a bill to diners when they haven’t asked for it?? Food and music was great and yet what I don’t understand is why the waiter was pushy on food order and didn’t offer dessert menu, truly rubbish. I bought so many cocktails and wine and yet I was given the bill when I did not ask for it.

    This is the third time I have visited this particular branch and the first time for my mum and one of my sisters. I went there to celebrate my mum’s birthday and really wanted her to experience the magic of this place. Overall, the quality was good but it seemed to be slightly lower than the other two times I have been. The servers kept on changing and thus the level of service was inconsistent. I had to make a request three times and that kind of dampened the experience. I love the general ambience of Ivy Asia- St.Paul’s I just wish that the service was just as good especially for my Mum and sister who had never been before. I would give this visit a 7/10.

    Fantastic night celebrating two family birthdays could not have picked a better place. Setting is second to none in London fabulous interior and jaw dropping views of a lit up StPauls Cathedral. Excellent service and food always one of my favourites. First visit for family they now know why I rave about this place!!!!

    We had 3 savoury courses (skipped pudding) and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was prompt and stylish. The standout factor was the DJ accompanied by a live saxophonist, dancing Geishas and view over St Paul’s cathedral! This is more than a restaurant it’s a vibrant visual and sensory spectacle that is not commonly found. Leave your work worries at the door and take a 2 hour holiday!
