    I came with two of my friends. We were sat on a small corner table. We ordered the vegetarian tasting menu. The food kept coming but there was no space on the table. We weren’t given any cutlery to serve the food in our plates. We weren’t given any rushed to give our table - we were given extra 30 mins but still we felt we were rushed. We weren’t given any then told we can go to the bar and we were given complimentary mocktails but even at the bar we were squashed because we were put near the serving area. Therefore the overall service was very poor and we weren’t happy. Therefore food was delicious but the service was very poor.

    Food was not very tastefull, they claimed it was wagu beef, but the meat was chewy, service was hopeless. The food came before the wine and even before we got plates. We had to ask for refill from our wine bottle, the waitress claimed our bottle was finished, but it was only half full. Completely hopeless and very dissapointing

    We were a group of 3. Food was excellent. Service very kind. Unfortunately, 3 of our 5 side dishes never arrived. The second course was delivered with starters and the other half of second course delivered with main course. This is something they should work on…
