   Delicious food beautifully presented. Great atmosphere in lovely surroundings. All the staff were very professional and friendly making our whole experience very memorable and we will definitely be back.

   I’ve been to Ivy Asia St Paul’s and it did not meet my expectations the way Chelsea did , the waitress with braids and had her hair in a bun in Chelsea was amazing she was so kind and jolly and everyone was so helpful , definelty coming back ! Made my friends birthday dinner so special and the food was out of this world.

   The food was fantastic. The flavours were so wholesome. Unfortunately the service wasn’t that great. I have a prawn allergy. I asked if I could have the experience but if possible to swap the prawn item. We didn’t know if this was happening as off he went and nothing until the food arrived. We asked for champagne that was highlighted on the menu. The server was not sure we could have this. The food arrived and was served over my shoulder. At one point I thought I was going to be wearing it. Whilst eating they came and collected the dishes you had just finished reaching across you. I felt the whole experience was rushed. We where not offered any coffees with desert I had no spoon to eat my desert with. I asked and was brought a small spoon for sugar not a desert spoon. The bill was just placed in front of us and off the gentleman went. We went to pay the bill and rather than take the whole amount he had split it No communication Very disappointed as my friend had raved about it and we travelled all the way from Yorkshire

   An extremely pleasant lunch super tasty food and excellent service. Second visit and will certainly be going back.

   The restaurant and the food are amazing, and we would happily have stayed longer than 65 minutes and spent a lot more money, but the deafening music made it absolutely intolerable. The music was good but far too loud. I was at the restaurant to eat and enjoy a conversation, not to dance. The volume was nightclub-style and a real nightmare. When we mentioned this to our waitress, she agreed and said everyone hates it. I wish the owners would rethink this as I’d love to come back for the food but for now, it’s not going to happen. Sad but true. Mia who was dining with 3 other people

   The food is absolutely delicious and the service was as usual amazing. It’s a really buzzing place but you can still chat. Very well run, I can’t wait to go back. Their own brand champagne is lovely.

   Great venue, felt a little bit rushed even though we arrived at 13.00. Wine was lovely if a tad warm. Severs very keen to clear empty glasses, not so keen on taking orders. Overall a good experience, could do with tweaking a little.

   We had to wait for our table around 25 mins. Because of that, they offered us free truffle starters and two of us had an allergy to truffle, we were sat, ate, paid and left in less than an hour

    Five of us visited for a birthday dinner yesterday, 5th December. It was raining hard outside, and the concierge made no attempt to take our coats. When I asked, I was told there was no room in the cloakroom, so we had to sit with wet coats around us during dinner. The food was delicious, as always, and the place was busy and buzzing. Trying to get a waiter's attention was near impossible, though. Overall, we had a nice enough experience, but I was thoroughly disappointed that the bottles of prosecco given to us were not chilled - they were room temperature. I had to ask for some ice to add to cool it down, but of course, ice spoils any bubbly wine. For £100+ per head, I would expect a better experience overall - so a little disappointed, I'm afraid.
