   The receptionist has to change! Such weird attitude! London is the city where kindest people live.. the receptionist wasnt representing anything of UK or London or Chelsea for that matter!

   Average but a good price, lots of competition at this level. Would recommend Tattu tad more expensive but better food.

   So many things dropped and smashed around us, along with no recognition of my birthday even with them being told it was multiple times and me highlighting it in the booking

   Our recent visit (5th of April)celebrating a friend's birthday was a disaster. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Welcoming Experience: Upon arrival, there was no one to guide us to our table. We had to find our way on our own and eventually had to return to the entrance for assistance. Food Quality: The food did not meet the standards we expected from a fine dining restaurant; it was underwhelming And unsatisfying. Additionally, one of our party received their main course ten minutes later than the others, causing the food to cool while we waited. Terrible. Wine Temperature: The wine we ordered was served too warm. Ladies Room Incident: the toilets work. Extreme dirty. Disgusting. After finishing ur meal, we were confronted by a doorman who aggressively knocked on the ladies' room door, yelling and raising his voice non-stop. He accused us of being in the restroom for five minutes, which was not the case; we had only been there for 2-3 minutes. Even if we had been in there for five minutes, that would still be reasonable time for ladies in a restroom. The facilities in a restaurant should be accessible to guests as long as they are still in the restaurant, and it shouldn't be the guests' concern if the doorman had to wait. With only three toilets available for five ladies, one of which was blocked by a cleaner, the situation was exacerbated. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also made us feel uncomfortable. The kind waiter who served us all evening even apologized for the doorman's actions, which was appreciated but did not alleviate our distress. Departure Experience: As we waited for our cars, the same doorman literally pushed us out of the restaurant because he wanted to close, showing no concern for the fact that five ladies were waiting in the cold. He even closed the door in our faces. This is not how guests should be treated. This experience was one of the worst we have had. we are outraged. We request an oppology.
