Come join us at The Hill for a wine journey through Italy. Chris Giudice from Gallo Luxury Wine will be hosting a 4 Course, Italian Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 30th at 7pm. Come and taste wines from Tornatore, Girlan and Brancaia. We'll also be ending the evening with a special "Night Cap" from Amaro Montenegro. Reception; Fritto Misto with Artichoke, Calamari, Zucchini, Lemon and Sea Salt. Paired with Tornatore Etna Bianco. First Course; Braised Radicchio with Colatura di Alice, Balsamic and Gorgonzola. Paired with Girlan Chardonnay. Second Course; Lumache with Prosciutto and Piselli. Paired with Girlan, "Patricia" Pinot Noir. Third Course; Roast Leg of Lamb with Herb Roasted Potatoes and sautéed Tuscan Kale. Paired with Brancaia Illatria. Fourth Course; Pistachio-Orange Ricotta Cheesecake. Paired with an Amaro Montenegro Cocktail. The evening's event is $95 per guest (tax and gratuity not included). Please let us know if you have any food allergies prior to the event. We need to make sure that we can accommodate all guests, the day of the Wine Dinner. All wines will also be available for purchase after the Wine Dinner. All tickets are non refundable. We went there for a special occasion dinner. Everything... literally everything... was outstanding from start to finish. The service was absolutely on point. While not inexpensive, the food quality matched that of some of the best restaurants we've dined at in NYC and throughout our travels. In addition, the portion sizes were ample. I hesitated to order the scallops, as many places tend to serve too few to make it worthwhile. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that The Hill served plenty of scallops, which were impeccably prepared. Our server was absolutely delightful. We had a wonderful conversation with the host (owner?). After discussing how amazing the cocktails were, she invited us to the bar to see some of their spirit offerings and chat with the bartender. We will absolutely be back.

This restaurant is a gem. Ben Pollinger is an excellent chef and an extremely personable individual. His staff goes beyond to satisfy the diners. Always can expect an excellent experience.

We have dined here many times and they always go above and beyond. The atmosphere and service was excellent and the food is always delicious. They have great cocktails, crooked smile is definitely a favorite. Chef Ben and his staff are top notch. Highly recommend.

The halibut was ok, it took long to get ( not busy at all ) and came out barely warm. We sent back to to re heat and was better. No bread, no potatoes . Ordered dessert and coffee. Got the coffee, dessert came after I finished coffee. Not good.

The spicy margarita was delish! Apps and entrees were yummy and generous portions. The main dining room was a little loud when full, but other than that, we had a great time.
