This restaurant missed on all levels. They sat us next to a volleyball team of teenagers. There had to be over forty of them crammed into the corner and they sat us so close we felt like we were part of the group. My soup came out before the appetizers. When the entrees came out, they came out one at a time with over 5 minute between entrees being served. The timing forced my party to eat in front of each other while other people waited. My wife ordered the prime rib, rare, they tried to serve her an end piece well done. When she sent it back, the server told her that all they have left was end cuts. Two things here, one, why did the server allow my wife to order it rare if they only had end cuts and two, it was 6:30pm, how could they be sold out so early in the shift? We ordered desert, only to be told that they were also sold out of that item, again, it’s 7pm on a Saturday. As we were eating our desert, the manager started prepping the tables next to us for their breakfast buffet. They pushed the tables, covered in a folded tablecloth so close to my wife, that she couldn’t pull her chair out.
When we walked out, I told the manager that it was uncomfortably loud, her response was, "the other side (of the restaurant) was much louder”. There wasn't an apology or even recognition, it was “it could have been worse". Nothing could have been worse.
