   Our Server was very inattentive to our table. I was celebrating a girlfriends birthday and it just seemed so difficult to get the basic things we needed like straws. The server also messed up my order, which resulted in our stay being longer than expected. I’m not sure what was going on with him but for my first time in, I wasn’t impressed.

   Once they figure out the parking, it’ll be so great! It was a pain to park and I was scared we were gonna lose our reservation. Our servers were fantastic. From reciting what we ordered, to offering great recommendations. The kitchen was backed up, yet they checked on us and kept us updated. Also, love the option to split pay online for the bill. I will be back. We came for dinner (post brunch) and I’d definitely recommend it.

   The food was good the guy server was very nice. But I was a little upset due to the female server not telling us it was the last call for brunch at 3:00pm

   Got there early. Once my guest arrived they told us to go to the 2nd floor hostess to be seated. The hostess had disappeared and never came back. After waiting over 10 min at the podium we were seated by the manager. No one came to our table after we waited another 10 min. Had to go to the bar to request a waitress. We ordered. Our drink too a long time, too long for just two mimosas. After about 30 min or so the food arrived. But it was luke warm. We sent it back. They re-made the food. Food was fine. When it was time for the check we were charged for two of the same dish and had to get it corrected. Overall terrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

   Hopefully they iron out the wrinkles, but they’re still stumbling out the blocks. Our waitress took a long time to take our order and only came to do so after we asked another waiter where she was. We then asked the manager if they could lower the volume of the music in the Rose lounge and he essentially told us to “deal with it.” We then heard the table next to us ask them to turn it down as well and they were given the same cold response. I can understand not fine tuning the right volume just yet since they’re so new, but you would think the manager would want to be more accommodating to the guests. Lastly, the lobster roll was around $40, which seemed aggregious, but I ordered anyways since I assumed it must be great since they priced it so high. Breaking news…it wasn’t. It was four tiny pieces of lobster. The other sandwiches and the clam chowder that we ordered we much better and not nearly as expensive. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our first experience. Still debating on if there will be a next.

   Hello, my experience with the food and the atmosphere was good, but I won't go into detail about my experience with the hostesses. I arrived at 9:25 PM. My reservation was at 9:45 AM. A girl in a green shirt told me that it wasn't ready. I understand. I went to the bar and ordered a bottle of wine. The same girl went 5 times to see the tables outside and they never told me that my table was ready. I went 3 times and at 10:15 PM, the third time, one of them said to me, and why didn't they give you the table if my wife isn't going? I'm still at the bar waiting. After that im order food and parmesan fries they coming 20 minutes after the rest of mi order kitchen forgot the fries

   Our server was very nice and she was very quality. Unfortunately the bar and kitchen didn’t help her out. Our drinks were very slow and appetizer was so slow she (unprompted) said I am going to notify a manager. It was close to 30 minutes before our appetizer arrived. That also slowed the overall meal. The experience was not good and overall was very slow compared to the quality of their other locations.

   The place is beautiful, the food delicious, the drinks…I’m pregnant so I can’t rate that yet but I will after baby is born! Only downside is that there was no valets and finding a parking spot in downtown is a nightmare, we had to park a few blocks away and almost missed our reservation.

   Horrible service. Took us 30 minutes to get a seat when we had a reservation. After being sat down, we waited 15 minutes before we had to ask to get a waiter. The first waiter had a bad attitude and tried to rush us into ordering until we asked for a different waiter. The food was okay but not worth the hassle and the price. Really disappointed as we were looking forward to trying this place.

    They are still working out the opening details. They need to have two iPads when do customers come in. Only one the wait is long to check in. They need to tell you they do not sit incomplete parties when you reserve your spot. The drinks were good. However, they need to work out the logistics on the kitchen being on the 1st floor, and bringing the food to the other floors. For instance, the Caesar salad was warm when it was delivered.
