   The restaurant is accomodating as we were running late due to poor weather, and customer service is very good considering how busy they get on the weekends. Thank you and we will be back again!

   The staff and space were amazing. Parking is available underneath the Coffee Factory. It is all covered if it’s raining. We booked a table for 8am by 830am it was completed full inside. The coffee was amazing , however the food was disappointing , we had the pancakes w bacon, crumpets , hash browns w cheddar and egg and sausage muffin. Hash browns were hard to cut and eat , too much sauce in the egg and sausage muffin, which had two sauces BBQ and Aioli. Crumpets were hard to cut w butter knives. The pancakes were fluffy however tasted a little like egg. Maple syrup was delicious. The staff were prompt and friendly and accomodating .

   A great variety of breakfast options. The Mint Slice coffee was lovely. We also enjoyed the honey Haloumi and hash browns which were huge!

   Ajay our waiter made me and my partner have one of the best experiences ever at the grounds coffee factory, ambience was there food was amazing as was the coffee as always. Dessert and pastry tray brought to you which was a nice touch as was the coffee menu. Will be back again.
