    Noisy! My goodness, ambience is not the order of the day. People around us were yelling rather than talking! The service staff were wonderful and were very apologetic. The food was okay.

    My calamari was very ordinary (cut into squares) and the potato pairing was unusual to say the least and soggy. I couldn’t really taste the fennel cream. Not one of my better meals at the Grand Hotel.
