   This was my first time at this restaurant, and I will definitely be back! There are lots of great menu options, and an extensive cocktail/beer/wine list. The food was great and beautifully served, and the service was excellent!

   Fantastic dinner! Everything on the menu looked great, but we made our selections with several helpful recommendations from our server Alexandre. Everything we had was just outstanding, from ube painkiller and purple rain cocktails and the goat cheese stuffed artichoke flowers appetizer to the maple glazed double pork chop and pistachio panko crusted halibut. Just a short walk from the Hyatt House; we will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Not inexpensive nor super quiet but if you’re ok with that, you won’t be disappointed.

   Our 1st time at The GoldFinch and we definitely will return. The artichoke ‘flower’ appetizers were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My husband said the prime rib was the most tender he’d ever had. And my pistachio crusted halibut was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, GG, was attentive and very friendly, but not intrusive.

   It was okay. I liked the ambience and everyone was very nice. But my server got my order wrong three times. I also didn’t get two of the appetizers I ordered and then they brought me the wrong dessert but still put it on my bill. The first mess up I was like okay that’s fine. But there were too many and for the price I expect perfect service. So I won’t be coming back it just wasn’t worth it for me.

   Beautiful space. Decor is okay. Food is mediocre. Service is good. If you are a foodie, I would skip this one. Artichoke dip tasted like a Costco frozen appetizer. Beet salad was tasty. Filet was poor quality and had a beefy flavor.

   The food needs help. We ordered the Apple and Gorgonzola salad, it literally came with 4 slivers of apple! Apple is in the name!! For $18 give us some apples please!! To add Salmon to an $18 salad it is $12!!! Crazy!!! We will not be back

   Goldfinch is one of my favorite Irvine locations to have a meeting. The food is great, the service is wonderful and I love the atmosphere.

    Great service! Cool atmosphere! Drinks and food came fast! Waiter was honest in his opinions of food choices! Great experience overall! Oh and also they validate for parking!
