   Nice atmosphere, comfortable seating, menu though not extensive had a good variety, meals were very reasonably priced , service was great. Would definitely go back

   First time, had a nice experience, food was delicious, came out quickly. Huge selection of beers took me a while to decide. Will be back thank you the globe

   Booked table on new year eve for birthday dinner (bar service) Limited menu due to fill in chef so only basic meals available like deep fried food and parmi’s. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins as only a few sets available at bar. Ordered cocktail which was given to some random lady at the bar who claimed it despite given a buzzer to be notified when it was ready. When asked about the wait they made another and brought it to the table. It was nice. Live music was good and interactive but was too loud and had to shout to have conversation during dinner. Not in a hurry to go back for a meal but might be alright for a drink or two.

   The music was very loud, much louder than it needed to be during dinner service, and was very old style music. I was not advised that the menu would be limited on new years eve when I booked the table which I was not happy about. The young lady who served us was very friendly and provided an excellent service. The meal was average.

   Our Christmas party at The Globe Hotel Albury was, unfortunately, a letdown. From the moment we arrived, things didn’t go as planned. Despite having a booking, our table wasn’t ready, leaving our group standing around and waiting to get settled. The service at the bar was frustratingly slow. Even with a modest crowd, it took an unreasonably long time to get drinks, and the staff seemed flustered and disorganized. The food was another disappointment. The steaks, which were advertised as 300g, were clearly smaller and not worth the high price. We expected better quality and value for a venue like this. Adding to the unpleasant experience was the inappropriate attire of some other patrons. It was hard to enjoy our meal with so many people wearing dresses that appeared three sizes too small, resulting in far too many “half moons” on display. This lack of decorum was distracting and detracted from the festive atmosphere we’d hoped for. Overall, our Christmas party experience at The Globe Hotel fell short. While we understand that holiday events can be busy, basic standards of preparation, service, and atmosphere should still be maintained. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve future experiences.

    How whole experience was most enjoyable, the service was amazing, the food was excellent and we will definitely be going back again soon
