There was no record of the booking through opentable. We had to wait 30 mins for a table. The staff said they were really busy but the restaurant seemed very quiet. (I've done my fair share of waitressing and know what busy is!!) It took forever to order drinks (one then came in a filthy glass) and forever to order food. We ordered two lots of calamari which were totally disproportionate to each other. The roast beef came with two tiny slivers of beef. No one came to clear our table after mains and all the staff disappeared from the restaurant. We had to go looking for them in the bar. It took 3.5 hrs for 4 people to be served 2 courses! Massively disappointed especially as my family had come up from Leeds with two small children in tow!

Food excellent. Chef made beef and pork pie was delicious. Staff friendly and chatty. View of the river while enjoying our meal in the restaurant was tranquil.
