For the money food was average, very disappointed from past visits. Servers were slow in clearing tables, refreshing drinks.

Overall poor service for the Thanksgiving Brunch. We we seated promptly at our reservation time of 1:00 PM. Service started out poorly when I asked twice for coffee sweetener, and ended up having to retrieve some from another table. We also had to chase down a waiter to get our check. After the poor quality food (prime rib was cold, some of the egg dishes were room temperature, and marginal tasting deserts, which was a great disappointment for a buffet priced in excess of $100 per person.

Poorly laid out buffet way overpriced at $115 per person. Then they add a $45 service charge and also ask for a tip on top of that.

Wish we would have taken photos. The buffet was exquisite as well as the hotel and dining area. Everything was nicer and more updated than the photos available online! We ate the BEST turkey. The food was beautiful and fresh! I will say, I wish there was an option to forgo the champagne mimosas and save some, being me and my husband do not really drink. Felt a bit of a waste for us! It would be icing on the cake if they either sent you home with a piece of dessert of your chose or one small box to fill & take home. The food was soo good it was hard to enjoy the dessert at the end but would have LOVED it a couple hours later post nap to fully enjoy 💜

Very disappointed experience. A mediocre brunch. Food was below average. Service not better than any 24/7 diners in the middle of highway. Way overpriced. I am ok to pay $$$ and up if food and service spectacular. But for typical breakfast items we paid $75/ person and $37 for a 7 year old kid. Which is not justified at all. Don’t waste your time and money. Find something better than this. I don’t think we will ever come back.

We have been coming here for almost 10 years and the food has declined a lot. The service was ok but the variety of food was terrible. There’s no more oysters and the desserts looked like it was store bought. We will have to rethink about coming here for special occasions.

They took away the dessert bar. Other than that it was ok.

This is a lovely brunch with a good variety items. Not as many as say the brunch at the broadmoor or Ellington’s. The snow crabs were a bit difficult to eat but maybe I missed some cracking tools somewhere. Dessert station could do with more signage. No idea what the little petit fours were and the allergy warnings were very vague. May contain nuts is not very helpful for a child who is only allergic to one nut but we have to avoid all dessert items because it doesn’t specify which nuts are contained in what item.
