Food was terrible. Every year we visit this hotel around Christmas, this was the worst experience. No maple syrup next to french toast, bacon was soggy, dim sum was all broken apart, egg benedict didn't even had yolk. No cream cheese next to bagel. Used to have cook to order omelet, but disappeard. Embassy suite free breakfast is much better than this, downgrade from 5 stars to 2 stars. $48 per adult and $29 per kid. Terrible. Best thing on the buffet was cereal. Idk if the Chef was changed, but management should do something about this. Christmas tree was beautiful but that's about it.

The hotel did not notify its customers of a strike in advance (since this place requires reservations) or on the day of. The team proceeded to convince us that the meal will be similar to what a normal day would include except no omelette bar. The food itself was stale and old. I couldn’t even bite into the bagel bread it was so hard. There was no option to cancel the reservation without penalty once we found out there was a strike. The deception is the reason why the experience was very poor. It cost us over $100 dollars for two people to eat food that could be found at any other hotel for way less.

Nothing can beat th gorgeous dining area decked out for Xmas. Wait staff were friendly, thoughtful, and efficient and seated us close to the buffet area because one in my party had obvious mobility issues. Some of the food choices on the breakfast buffet table had been sitting there far too long and dried out. I would urge people to book a table earlier in the morning (my booking was for 10am) to avoid dried out food choices (potatoes, green beans, sausage).

First time to have breakfast buffet on this hotel, encounter it was on strike, barricaded , open table didn’t advertise it’s was on STRIKE. Anyway buffet line is staffs from temporary crews brought in by hotel manager and food are cold instead of hot or warm. Limited buffet line, pastry, fruits, Server don’t even come and asked you if everything ok. Server stay inside the cubicle until being call. No manager on site. It’s chaotic, won’t be going back , waste of my $$ money and seeing the place so beautiful but barricade from entrance to mid portion.

The food was so bad. I would have preferred to go to any other breakfast spot. It is definitely not worth the price. The only great thing is how beautiful inside was but this place was not worth the price. There was also a labor strike from employees in front of the hotel and we could hear them yelling from inside. It ruins the atmosphere; and the food was not good.

Where were all the flowers that beautified and popularized the Garden Court? Service was minimal and the food not worth the price tag for the buffet. Sadly, we were disappointed with the experience as it did not live up to our expectations. We will not be back again.

Mediocre breakfast buffet. I’m glad it was included in my room rate. I would not have paid any exorbidant cost for that breakfast. It was a very pretty area in the hotel though.

Because when you walk into the location, its main entrance is on Market Street. While you walk through the lobby back to where the restaurant is, you are amazed by the ceiling. Yesterday was a bright sunny 92° day and the light that came through the ceiling and through the stained glass with marvelous magnificent, and yet the room was in great temperature. The service was spectacular. The food was excellent. The ambience was superb. The waiter and the staff were excellent. The hostess put us in the middle of the room, which ironically enough there was a wedding party seating behind us and at no time did you feel like it was a noisy environment the rosé from Paso Robles was spectacular. I had an excellent hamburger and my guest. My business client had a marvelous salad whether you’re going here for lunch for a business meeting or to celebrate an event you will enjoy the atmosphere in the opportunity and by the way on new Montgomery there is a valet service as well.
