   Very loud atmosphere. Waiter didn’t get our drink order for 10 minutes. Friend at the table got their appetizer 10 min after we had the mains. Food was decent for thanksgiving.

   I made a specific reservation weeks in advance and then confirmed in person 2 days in advance, selecting a specific table (which was also confirmed on the spot), all for a special event. When I arrived 2 hours early for a final confirmation, I was informed that the whole section, including the specific table, for my reservation, was being taken over for a private party. Complaints, all the way up to a face-to-face meeting with the manager, yielded no relief, not even an offer of a discount for the last-minute change of plans/inconvenience by them. Instead, my party was moved up onto a balcony overlooking the spot that I had reserved and confirmed numerous times, and we had to walk up to the bar to place and pick up our drink and food orders. No table service. All of my guests were very unhappy too. This Operation apparently knows "HOW" to take a reservation (to get you in the door), but not how to "KEEP AND HONOR" the reservation. The whole experience was so distasteful and disappointing that I would STRONGLY ADVISE others to NOT take their business to this establishment. Besides, the food and service were not good either. They don't keep their promises and have no place being allowed to use OpenTable. Never again for me!!!

   We saw the Raiders House Band and they were fabulous. Who thought you could put six sting players in a jazz/soul/Latin/funk group. Beautiful mix. We'll be back in January. And $5 beer; WHAT?

   This experience was for a performance of David Perrico and the Raiders House Band, also known as the Pop Strings Orchestra. The band has an Ellis Island house performance in the Courtyard every Friday night from 10pm until midnight. No cover. No minimum. Reservations accepted. Food is limited to a small list of reasonably priced small plate snack items. Full bar menu. Awesome music. Great venue. Can’t beat the price! Kudos to Ellis Island for engaging this group in their establishment reviving classic Vegas free lounge style entertainment.

   Extremely slow service. Waited over 30 minutes to be seated with a reservation made months in advance. Nice table, great seats. The house band was excellent as expected. Hardly saw our waitress all night. The menu online did not match the very limited menu onsite, so our preselected entrees went out the window. The food that they offered was not great. Got our some of order with missing items (delivered by the kitchen staff). No silverware, no napkins, no waitress in sight. Thirty minutes later out of nowhere the kitchen staff delivers us someone else's order. We ate it & didn't say a word since the rest of our order never came. The waitress never came back to check on our drinks. It was a slow night with half of the tables empty. I feel I have to rate the host & waitress very low here, but ultimately the management should take the blame for disorganization. Not sure what is going on here, but other resorts in town offer much better service.

   Went here for a boxing match and was surprised at how nice and comfortable the place was. The only complaint I have is that you might wanna sit in the high tops and the normal chairs are a bit uncomfortable. For that to be my only complaint about the three to four hours I was there says a lot...
