   There are some noticeable cutbacks as far as staffing, food quality, and even selection. The ambience even seemed stripped down. Not as in love with the place as I once was.

   We attended for a Valentine’s Day brunch and our experience could not have been worse. The beer was warm and flat. While the server did comp the beers and said they were having issues, it’s a brewery… The tequila drink was not the flavor ordered. Chicken was rubber. Burger was not half pound and not pink as requested. Charcuterie board ordered never was brought to our table After the food was brought to our table, the food was finished before the server even returned. We needed more sauce to choke down the chicken, but alas, it took forever to get to us. We left and won’t return.

   The location and experience was great the only thing was the food was all cold. My butter didn’t melt on the waffles at all I need them to make sure the food is fresh and hot

   Vegetables aren’t cooked completely. Wings were not cooked well done, like asked and when sent back still not cooked correctly. Great service, and drinks wouldn’t recommend the food though.

   Overall it was a good experience. Was noisy, but it’s very open and tv’s with games/wrestling playing. Service was kind of slow, but food was good.

   It is an open roof concept which didn’t work when it was freezing outside and no heaters by our table. We froze while we ate and had to show up for paying money to get a reservation.

    It was VERY cold! Ambience is great though. Eggs were cold breakfast potatoes boring. Wings were smoked and delicious and pork belly was delicious as well.
