We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

                                                                                                                      We have enjoyed brunch here in the past, however this visit wasn't as good. I love the idea of placing the omelet order and having it brought to you, however I waited around 25 minutes for my omelet and when I went back to check there were several omelets sitting there getting cold while the Wait staff was standing around in the dining room talking to each other. It took about the same amount of time for the oysters to be refilled. As a side note, there was a super nice and professional kitchen guy restocking things and I stopped to let him Go by, and he insisted that I go first because guests should always go first. He is the only one who seems to think that because the rest of the staff will cut you off without saying anything. This happens each time we are there, so it is nothing new. That being said, we will still miss your brunch and think it will hurt business.

                                                                                                                      My husband and I LOVED The Foundry! From when we stepped through the doors until we left it was just an impeccable experience. The drinks and food were amazing. Our server went above and beyond. And my favorite part? Seeing how clean and honest it is! From wiping down menus between customers to having a tv showing the kitchen in the lobby. I can’t wait to go back!

The drinks were very good and our app and dinners were very good as well. I had the beet salad and it was the best i have ever had. We enjoyed our engaging server as well. Did a great job!

                                                                                                                      The host was a snotty young man who barely acknowledged us. The guy who seated us didn’t say anything - nothing. We were not off to a good start. The fried chicken sandwich was over fried. The roasted pears were cold which was odd and the pumpkin seeds were missing. The salmon was a very small portion and was drowning in sauce. The burger was really good - cooked perfectly and delicious. Fries were over fried. Desserts were all good. Cheese platter was good and visually well presented. Our table was next to a table of eight very loud, fairly rude adult people. Our waitress was lovely - we over-tipped her purposely because she was so great. Not sure we’ll go back after spending close to $300
