The Flying Pepper Cantina will continue to offer the popular menu that is enjoyed at the food truck and will expand their creative flavors and unique ingredients by offering additional variety, tapas, a rotating seasonal fare, and a new way to discover fine foods in a relaxed atmosphere. Humberto will stay true to his Mexican roots while introducing cuisine that offers unfamiliar and unexpected flavors in a friendly environment with fresh, local foods as the market and Ohio seasons allow. Patrons will have the opportunity to compliment these flavors with a fresh approach to tequila, local craft beer and a specialty menu of cocktails.

    Chips and salsa were very good, as was the fish taco. But the enchiladas verde and taco al pastor had no flavor. The enchiladas had lots of verde sauce and cheese with very little taste; the shredded chicken had no taste. The al pastor pork had a hint of pineapple in just one bite.

    The Flying Pepper was phenomenal! From making a reservation on line....to the actual meal.....the food is delicious and always plated in a lovely way. Kevin, our server, was attentive, kind and professional! Many thanks to you all!!

    Great day to sit on the patio, relax with a friend and have delicious authentic Mexican fare! Fish taco, shrimp taco and the trio appetizer did not disappoint!!! So good! I’ll be back:)

    The food is sooo flavorful! Your tastebuds will thank you! From the queso with chorizo to the sope, you can’t go wrong with apps. The seasoning on the al pastor is divine. Make sure you save room for dessert. The cheesecake-esque dish is delish!”
