    We enjoyed our visit and the food was very good. The complimentary biscuits are soooo good and I loved the shrimp & grits! Our only disappointment was the bar selection. They advertise as a whiskey bar, and I was excited to bring my husband here since he is a bourbon enthusiast, but many of the allocated bourbons on the menu were not in stock - our primary reason for choosing this location. I rate this visit 4/5 due to disappointing bar inventory.

    This was our first time eating here and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was very friendly. Our waitress,Kara S, always checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied and gave us recommendations on what to get. Food, drinks, and just everything was amazing! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

    Had a great experience at the Federal! Went there for Valentines Day made a reservation we were seated and served promptly. Our server Eric was excellent, very attentive and pleasant, even the managers would pass by and ask if we were good, would recommend and will be back!

    I can’t get enough of the federal grill. I have eaten here the last two days. Food is so consistently delicious and service is also consistently attentive. It’s one of my faves in houston !
