   We very much enjoyed our supper here. We brought our 4 month old and the staff were so accommodating to make sure we had space for the stroller. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We had the gnocchi dish and the braised beef ravioli, would definitely order these again and we look forward to visiting again!

   First dining experience for brunch was superb! Kyle our server, was top-notch. We will be returning tonight for dinner!!

   Great dinner! Wine, apps and mains were great. We had the Tuscan fries, winter bruschetta, olives and pecorino followed by the braised beef ravioli, shrimp fazzoletti and Gorgonzola gnocchi and finished the night off with an affogato. Server Kevin was great. Thanks for such a nice meal!

   Great food, our server was knowledgeable in explaining their menu items and had good drink suggestions. I plan on going back to try more of the menu

   We are locals from Canmore and have been eager to try The Fat Ox as we love Italian. Molly took Excellent care of of us from great Menu recommendations to great service. Stuart who is one of the owners was also very helpful explaining various dishes. The Menu has so many great items our friends and ourselves decided to share Applies, Mains and Desert which worked out perfect. Appies of Venison Carpaccio, Elk Meatballs and the Shrimp “Scampi” were outstanding. The “New” Lamp Sirloin was melt in your mouth and our favourite, and we also had the Bison Tagliatelle. The signature Desert “Sticky Toffee Pudding” was delicious. We were all Very Impressed and definitely will be back soon. The Fat Ox is a Fabulous addition to the Bow Valley Dining Scene and a Must Do !

   We visited this establishment during happy hour and the food/service was awesome! The portions were perfect and server was attentive to us and engaging. We wished we had booked a dinner here during our week stay.

    Brought family in from Aus, was reccomended by friends. We Arrived for happy hour and when asked about the “apperitivo” happy hour menu The server basically said we charge you less and give you smaller portions. So I would say small portions and food was average at best. Started Strong but when we ordered entrees the 3 of the pastas were hard. And server said would look into it but no response. As regular visitors to Banff I would say better value elsewhere.
