This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

    Join us Tuesday evenings for a night of sushi and dim sum. An extended menu of fan favorites from Philadelphia rolls and crispy shrimp won tons to reinvented rolls both raw and cooked. Plates priced to share, try the whole menu or just a few while still enjoying our regular a la carte menu. Live music in the garden from 6-9PM to create the perfect atmosphere (weather permitting).

                                                                      We opted for a 4:00 late lunch dinner reservation. The setting is beautiful and the staff was very attentive and kind. Our entrees were amazing! The fish was prepared perfectly and the salads were fresh and delicious. Sushi was the best my husband has ever eaten!! The only mishap was shrimp was left off of one of the salads.

The menu is strange - not sure if it’s trying to be a shared plates/tapas style dinner or what as there are some main courses. The atmosphere was an open air garden-ish type of place. Our waiter was very friendly, but also very very slow. The food ranged from the excellent to the inedible. We shared a shrimp spring roll appetizer which was excellent. My short rib sandwich was good, but not great. My wife’s snapper was good, but was served with COLD mashed potatoes. A very disappointing experience

                                                                      The Farm was very similar to most places that we experienced in Turks. The food was good and it was a pretty atmosphere but the service was less than 1 star. Wait staff just seem very indifferent to tourists. Very little commination, no personality and not even a smile. It makes the overall experience very poor.
