The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Closing as a mill in 1965, the building found a variety of partial uses until revitalization efforts began in the mid 2000s. While many mill revitalization projects have converted mills into condos and other residential projects, the Taylors Mill is proud to be the largest grassroots project of its kind in the upstate of South Carolina. Today the Taylors Mill seeks to facilitate craft and commerce for a new generation in the heart of Taylors, SC. The Taylors Mill is reclaiming creative community.

Our menu focuses on New York style pizza, pub-style appetizers, deli sandwiches, and dinner specials using fresh, locally-sourced meat and produce.

We have a Girl's Night Out gruop and this is our favorite place to meet. Had 7 in the group last night, and everything was perfect..food, service and atmosphere. If you haven't been, go find out what you are missing!

My server and the hostess were fabulous! Unfortunately the food just wasn’t that good - we got the artichoke dip (thought it would be hot but it was cold… which is fine just unexpected) and they didn’t have the trout dip either when it was like 15 minutes after opening. But again that’s fine. Then they didn’t have the glass of wine that I ordered so I got a different one that was lovely, I do recommend the Malbec. So then I got the pasta primavera with blacked chicken and no bacon which came just like I ordered it but I found the noodles a little over done; I just ate the chicken, the sauce could have used a little more salt. My partner got the Marsala chicken and was Okay with it. If I came back I’d probably get a pizza and a beer because after one glass of wine, two mediocre entrees and a cold dip I had to pay almost $80 before tip. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day and the exterior is so cool in like a rustic warehouse vibe but be aware there is a bar next door that allows smoking on the patio.

Our food was great and we loved the variety of choices! Our server was not very attentive and we had empty glasses and had to wait several minutes to pay our bill.

Great first experience at the Farehouse. Prompt and attentive service, delicious food at very reasonable prices. It was a busy Saturday evening, but food was hot and quick - there was an error with our salad, but nothing that kept me from eating it. Drinks were tasty and affordable. Was a pleasant date, but probably an even better environment for dinner with friends.
