Led by a team of lifelong Chicago restaurant figures, The Evie is a locally-owned upscale dining destination located at the heart of the Magnificent Mile. Led by Partner George Archos (Wildberry Café), Chef-Partner Nick Nitti (Forno Rosso, Lucia Rose, Cucina 3 Italian), and Executive Chef Phil Rubino (Spiaggia, L2O, Cicchetti), the restaurant provides city locals and visitors a place to unwind and indulge while overlooking iconic Michigan Avenue. Named after George’s mother and daughter, the concept puts family at the forefront, with an emphasis on warm, Midwestern hospitality.

Evie offers full lunch/dinner and weekend brunch, presenting a menu of reimagined American classics and city favorites, spotlighting dishes like chef-crafted sushi rolls, freshly baked breads, Chicago-style Wagyu hotdogs, and USDA prime steaks. Complementing the menu, our dynamic beverage program weaves together seasonality and elegance, featuring an array of classic and craft cocktails, sake, beer & wine.

    Been to THE EVIE several times now with clients from out of town. Experience has been top notch each time. Constantly serves up great food and service.

    Wait staff was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. Food very good as usual. Loved the Non-Alc Lime cocktail. Scored lower on ambience because the music is still a bit too loud.

    Talia was absolutely amazing! Perfect amount of attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, friendly with a great smile, and perfectly timed times each course. The food was on point, however, even if it hadn’t had been so good, would come back just for Talia’s stellar service.

    The food was all exceptional as was the service! This may have been one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had too. Mostly crab and delicious, full of fresh flavor! Lovely time! We’ll be back for sure!

    Even if we came on a busy Saturday night, you wouldn’t have guessed it with the quality of service and food. Every bit of our experience was as I hoped and better. Our cocktails and mocktails were beautiful and delicious, my steak frites was buttery and juicy, my husbands honey and chili salmon was an incredible blend of herby and sweet, and the bread pudding we ordered for dessert tasted fresh and light. However, the best part of the night was our delightful waitress who made our ten year anniversary feel like a true celebration. She was professional, sweet, informative, and altogether we felt entirely pampered. The staff was an incredible group who worked well together, and I’m so glad we chose the Evie

    Last night I as my Fiancé and I first time at The Evie. And we had a blast. The atmosphere was amazing and so beautiful. The service was a 10/10. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. We'll definitely be back soon!!!

    Food was delicious for most of my party. One person felt their steak on their steak & frites dish was under seasoned and chewy. The rest of the meals, prime rib dip, Waygu hot dog, and Volcano sushi roll were real good

    Everything was great. Paige was an awesome server. Good fantastic and huge portions. This is a terrific overall experience too to bottom!
