   This is a must go in Scottsdale. Everything we ate had amazing flavors and was cooked to perfection. Loved the concept and chance to eat flavors from around the world in one location. Tommy the owner has a very employee forward style and showed in the service and the general vibe. Lily was our server and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, calm, professional and so sweet. Worth checking out for yourself.

   Wanted to come here for a while and it was so worth it. Everything was amazing, service, ambiance, drinks, food and the vibe. We loved every aspect of the place.

   We visited this restaurant for a girls' night and, while the food was excellent, the service was disappointing and left a sour taste in our mouths. Our experience started off with a stoic and disengaged waiter who didn’t create a warm or welcoming atmosphere. The real issue, however, arose when our appetizer of Hamachi, which we ordered with other starters, didn’t arrive until after we finished our main dishes. We let them know it was no longer needed, expecting some acknowledgment or accountability for the mishap. Instead, the waitress silently took it away and, while it was marked as “comped” on the bill, we never got to eat it, nor was there an apology or explanation. What truly crossed the line, though, was at checkout. Without informing us, the waitress pre-selected a 25% tip before handing us the payment terminal. This felt both shady and unethical—tip amounts should be left entirely up to the discretion of the customer. It’s unfortunate because the food was genuinely great, but bad service like this is simply not worth the time or money. Restaurants that lack integrity in their service and operations risk losing customers, and unfortunately, we won’t be back.

   So happy to find a restaurant that is using good ingredients & cooking in beef tallow!! Party of 5, loved everything with the exception of the Cesar salad & potatoes. Shrimp cocktail, meatball, burnt ends, Veal Milanese , wagyu sandwich all DELICIOUS!! Restaurant is boisterous.

   Okay won’t go back. Weird spacing of drink delivery and food. Small portions on pasta entrees but gigantic portion of veal entrees . Average but nothing to write home about. Very scattered service.

   Amazing experience and food! I loved the friendly and prompt service, lighting and atmosphere, the burnt ends brisket was so good and coleslaw perfect. I appreciate the gf options and the “tallow” fries. As well as upgrades to make the food taste great and be great quality! We arrived at 5:45 so definitely a more calm experience and loved the corner seats. I look forward to my next visit and trying more items.
