The Edge is an upscale dining destination conveniently located near Shore points. The design is a stunning combination of reclaimed wood, steel and leather with a gorgeous custom-made bar and lounge. A communal table, fireplace and cascading water walls create an atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. A New-American menu, highlighting locally sourced and sustainable classic dishes, seafood and prime cut meats infused with Latin and Asian accents. The Edge has an impressive wine list with many American and global selections. In addition to serving signature and classic handcrafted cocktails by our mixologists, the bar is stocked with an extensive list of single malts, blended whiskies, rye, bourbon, rum, gin, tequila, mezcal and some of the finest cognacs, armagnacs and other brandies. To complete all this we are proud to serve local, domestic, premium imported draft and bottled beers.

Constantly interrupting us asking if everything was ok, etc. At one point, while we were still enjoying our meal, he asked if he could remove our plates. Just too over bearing. Food was good but steak wasn’t cooked as requested.

                                                                                                                    At least two items came to the table overcooked and dry. Chicken Milanese and a blackened mahi mahi. One was sent back and a replacement meal ( which should have taken 10 minutes) took 20. The meals that weren’t overdone were excellent.

                                                                                                                    It took in an ordinately long time for our drinks to be delivered. The food was horrific. Steak was tough, and the fish tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. The bright spot was that they had a DJ there at 9 o’clock, and we could stay there afterwards at the bar to dance. Literally only reason to go there would be for the nightlife afterwards.

                                                                                                                    Noise level on Thursday evening is on the loud side. Food is good with nice selection for lobster night. Lobster ravioli very good. But live music should not drown out Servers from taking orders and listing specials and customers should not have to speak loud to have a conversation. Can still have live background music and have it be pleasant.
