   We love the eagle Nest Restaurant Monday pasta night. They usually have three different selections of pasta, which are all delicious.

   Everything was very nice. Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed that night. Our server did the best she could. Food is always pretty good. Prices are very reasonable. Great value for the money.

   Food quality and service has been great for the past year after the new food director took over. The wait staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

   We ate dinner at Eagles Nest, arriving at 5:00 PM. The bar area was full and the high noise level made it very difficult to carry on a conversation in the dining room. I would suggest going to dinner no earlier at than 5:30PM. Once people began to leave the bar, the noise level went down. My wife had the Mediterranean pasta which she enjoyed. I ordered their Monday night pasta special which was fettuccini alfredo which was terrible. The dish was not hot and the sauce had thickened and congealed. When the server came by and asked how our meal was I explained my concerns. She took the dish back in and came back out several minutes later with a plate of fettuccini. I knew it was my plate as there was a half eaten piece of garlic bread on the plate. They had merely heated it in the microwave. It was inedible. After some discussion, between myself and the server, we settled on meatballs and spaghetti. That dish was mediocre, but at least was the right temperature and consistency. However my wife had finished eating before my dish arrived. The restaurant manager came by and after some discussion, he apologized and to make things better he brought my wife a piece of cheesecake on the house, so she had something to eat while I ate the spaghetti. Service was very good. Our server refilled our water and came by the table several times. We had had lunch at the Eagles Nest not too long ago and the food and service was great, so were surprised at the quality of the food last evening.

   Wait staff pleasant service excellent. Very clean dining room and the buffet was clean and very easy to navigate.

    The service was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My brother in law ordered the 12 Jumbo wings and when he received them said “I should have gotten 6 because these are really jumbo.” My sister had the shrimp tacos which she raved about and my husband got the Friday night fish fry which was as good as always.
