    As always an excellent meal perfectly served. What was special this evening was that I asked for a specific sized portion and that is exactly what was served! Perfect. Will be back enjoying another excellent meal very soon.

    Would have been 5 stars but the pub was very cold. We asked if the fire could be lit but the staff weren’t able to do that. Shame… would have made such a difference.

    This is super venue for Sunday lunch - traditional country pub bubbling with customers. Booked a table - strongly recommend too - struggled to park as so busy. Very friendly and speedy service . Food delicious and v attentive Great experience - will be back - been here 20 years ago!!
