   It was fine. Modern Ambiance with lots of glass and modern art. Minimalist design, no tablecloths. I had a view of the bar area, and the TVs were a bit distracting for a special dinner. Large Drinks menu. People were nice but our waiter was kind of impatient and I felt rushed. They had a prix fixed menu for Valentines Day that they pushed pretty hard, wasn't expecting the fixed menu on the day after Valentine's. They did agree to let us see the regular menu which was limited. Food was actually pretty good, loved the steak and portions were good sized, I actually brought some home. Dessert wasn't anything special, small dry red velvet cake covered with lots of whipped topping. The chocolates were good though. I'd recommend this restaurant for a nice casual dinner, atmosphere not conducive to "special occasion" vibes. A nice option for meeting friends in College Station/Bryan.

   First time here… Vibe was great music was great.. food prices was great. Despite my veggies didn’t come out with my food. It came out 20mins later which I was almost done with my main course. Wasn’t offered anything for him forgetting about the rest of my food. The issues I had was I wasn’t aware there was a charge for water. And the brownie was over cooked and hard!

   Had a wonderful dinner at The Dean with work colleagues! The deviled eggs were a perfect start, but the lamb chops stole the show—absolutely delicious. Great food, great atmosphere—can’t wait to go back!

   Really enjoyed my date night with my husband. Wanted to try something different and The Dean was everything we were looking for. It was a nice scenery with the skylight in the evening. The employees were really friendly and made excellent suggestions as we did not know what to get. We ended up getting the Roasted Beef Bone Marrow for an appetizer and it was soooooo good. We ordered some after our meal to take home as well. For our main meal my husband got the Scallop Bucatini and i got the Lamb Chops. Both were very good and a decent size as well. While we were eating we both had a glass of wine. The Deans wine list is so long but the bartenders were really helpful and knowledgeable about what to get. After we finished eating we sat in the lounge area and talked for a little. I had one of their specialty drinks called the Mary Shell or shelly but it was good and my husband had the Dean’s Old Fashioned. This is a very smooth yet strong drink. Defiantly a must get when we come back.

   A new restaurant inside the Hilton! Who says friendly and upscale don't mix. Staff welcomes you with you a smile. Ambient music plays in the background. Food was delicious. They also have a speak easy inside. I didn't see it but it gives me another reason to return.

   Really great food. I had the bone in ribeye and my partner had the pork belly burnt ends. Service was exceptional as always. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!!

   Great date night spot. The old fashioned was great. The scallop bucatini was fantastic. A little bit of heat, but not overbearing (as someone who doesn’t really care for spicy food). The burger was one of the best I’ve had.

   We came to The Dean for our anniversary and it was nothing short of Excellent! From the environment to the outstanding service, we enjoyed every minute of our visit! This place has only been open for a few months and I am so happy we tried it when we did. Their up-scale entree selections were probably my favorite part. Needless to say, we'll be back!

    First time visiting for my wife’s birthday and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Service was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen made some mistake on my wife’s order so she had to order another entry. Our waiter made sure that some of the meal was comped. Thus, besides the slowness of the kitchen, it was a good experience and we will come back.
