Housed in a Grade II*-listed building originally designed by famed Mancunian architect Edward Walters, British Steak Restaurant The Cut & Craft Manchester has taken over the final extravagant palazzo style building in the city.

Open now serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks seven days a week, with late night drinks table service until 130am on Friday and Saturday nights.

With a special talk from Karol, Moët & Chandon Senior Brand Manager, dine in style in our subterranean Edward Walters Suite, housed inside a former bank vault. Celebrate Champagne craftsmanship with rare Moët & Chandon vintages and exquisite pairings from The Cut & Craft. In the years of best weather conditions, apart from its flagship Champagne Brut Impérial, Maison Moët & Chandon launches vintage Champagnes. Unlike most Champagnes blended with wines of different years, these are made from the grapes of a single exceptional year. Each Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage possesses the distinctive, imitable qualities of that year’s outstanding grapes, qualities which have been elevated to their fullest expression through the savoir-faire, experience, and expertise of Moët & Chandon and the House’s chef de cave, Benoit Gouêz. Dinner will be commented by Karol Drozdzik, Senior Brand Manager Moët & Chandon.

    We had a lovely lunch here. The food was good, the service was outstanding. The staff have obviously been well trained and their attention to detail was excellent. Our waitress was Mia, I asked for more water and told her I drink a lot of water. She remembered and kept my glass topped up. The lunchtime menu of 2 or 3 courses is reasonably priced and it was beautifully presented. The building is beautiful and the original fabric of this grand old building has been respected. The ladies toilets are remarkable, just beautiful and spotless. Well done Cut and Craft, I was impressed!

    Lovely venue , excellent choice on the menu , very attentive staff,beautiful bathroom/toilet fantastic decor the food was outstanding 😀 would definitely return and recommend
