I grew up at the Cork. I've seen it go from The Cork and Cleaver to the Tucson Cork to Jonathan's Cork to now... Just the Cork. The new owners, Glenn and Sally, are doing an amazing job of refreshing the entire menu with new items like kangaroo!... but keeping many of the staples the same. They should keep the Baseball Teriyaki for eternity which is what I had and it was amazing. Or bring it back as a special from time to time. Never skip the mud pie for dessert.

A small family gathering enjoyed the deliciously diverse menu of starters and mains. Accompanied by a delightful Penfolds Bin 389 red blend and followed by a selection of delicious homemade desserts the evening was made perfect by the timely and efficient service delivered by Daly.

We had the trio of meats, bereadcbasjet and oysters rockefeller. for mains she had lobster tail and I had half duck. We shared the ice cream cake. our service was excellent, Daily and Matt, top notch service and attention, the food was great, but the kangaroo tasted a bit burned. The duck was awesome as well as the lobster. Daily kept our drinks coming (free refills and mixed drinks for wifey ) The manager was extremely nice helping me with my wife who had trouble with the sidewalk. THANK YOU

Yes, you will need a reservation. Several small seating areas for some privacy and noise control. Service was friendly and unobtrusive. Mostly a beef house, but they have fish.

The food was extremely slow on coming out. People around us who came later finished their food along with dessert before ours came out. The waitress wouldn’t even look over at us when she came to the neighboring tables. When the food did come, everyone’s beef was overcooked - all ordered medium-rare but it all came medium-well. The substituted sides without checking with us. It was not a good experience or good food.

We have been to the restaurant a few times over the past 15 years, but when we heard it had new owners and management, we wanted to give it a try. Disappointing. We went on a Monday night to try their meatloaf special. Dry, overcooked and not much flavor. Service was spotty and not much attention. the place was pretty busy, especially with a pretty pricey menu. We won't be back.

We love the Cork. Matt did an outstanding job taking care of us and the food was great. You can't go wrong with the duck or liver and onions.

We really enjoyed our meal here. Service was attentive without being on top of you. Our meals were brought out quickly yet we never felt rushed. We also likened the variety of the menu.
