    Fantastic! The staff is professional, polite, and personable. That means everything. Service is outstanding. The food is delicious- perfectly prepared, and the menu has amazing offerings. This was my second visit- there will be a third! I highly recommend.

    Amazing evening with friends and my husband. We had a variety of food - salad, hamburger, pizza, etc. It was all delicious and fun to share.

    We go here with some regularity and usually order “comfort food”. Tonight we had the Alaskan Halibut with Parmesan Risotto special; it was fantastic. It was so good; it way too exceeded our expectation. Our compliments to the Chef and also to whoever supplied the fish.

    We had a great business meal. The food has changed slightly but the crab cake is still the best in the city. The seared ahi salad was a little lacking in overall flavor but still high quality. We had asked for a quiet back booth which they provided so conversation was easy. Other times we love the energetic vibe of the bar and front dining area. We splurged on the tres leches cake and our wonderful server brought coconut cream pie as an extra treat. Both were delicious but the coconut won our vote. It’s a great spot for a drink or a full meal.

    You cannot go wrong at The Collins. Food and service is always excellent. A shout out to Kiera H, our server last night...excellent! We have never been disappointed with The Collins.

    Always our go to for consistent fantastic food and service! The Bourbon and Berries is one of my favorite cocktails in the Valley! The prime rib and Brie sandwich is so delicious!
