We have been here for dinner several times, and today (New Year's Day) went for late lunch. Most of our favorites were available. We absolutely love the wood-fired artichokes - they're smoky and tender and come with a very tasty aioli. My husband doesn't like aioli, but they're buttery and tender enough he just eats them plain. He raved about his French Dip, and I had the soup (Crab and Corn), which was hot and brimming with crab, and a side of Loaded Smashed Potatoes (half to go home with). So good! We are big fans of the Tres Leches cake, so we got two portion to go and will have them this evening. Something to look forward to in the new year! Note: My husband's last name is Collins (no relation) so we are especially happy we enjoy The Collins so much. Must try Collins Brothers too some day.

It was a disappointing NYE dinner. The food was average ( normally excellent) service was slow and we were basically ignored. I love the prime rib, but the didn’t offer it this night, only the weekends, so I had the rotisserie chicken.

A Night of Magic and Flavor at The Collins Stepping into The Collins in full fantasy ball attire felt like crossing into another realm—brick walls, moody lighting, and the hum of conversation set the perfect scene for our enchanted evening. If Cinderella’s fairy godmother had a favorite restaurant, this might be it. The Starters We began with the bread and pecan-smoked artichokes—OMG, so tasty! The artichokes were smoky, tender, and utterly addictive, though a little heads-up about the spiky tips would have been nice (no dragons were harmed, but a knight’s armor might’ve come in handy). The noble bread and compound butter? Fit for royalty. The Main Event Then came the Italian Summer Pizza—let me just say, I may never recover. Easily one of the best pizzas of my life—bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced, and deserving of its own throne. We also dabbled in veggie sides because we needed something green to justify the carb fest. •Beets – Delicious but could have been cut more uniformly. The larger chunks resisted marination like stubborn trolls. Still, tasty and earthy. •Broccolini – Charred, crunchy, and full of flavor. A true underdog side dish that might just outshine the main course if you’re not careful. Potions (a.k.a. Cocktails) Drinks were just as magical. The Birds O—spicy, perfumed, slightly sweet—was enchanting. But the Espresso Martini with “cream”? Pure sorcery. The Baileys gave it a velvety texture that whispered, just one more. The Old Fashioned leaned heavily on orange, but it was well-balanced and refreshing. The Service While the food cast a spell on us, the service, though friendly, could’ve been a touch more attentive. We might’ve ordered another round (or two) of cocktails, but alas, time slipped away like Cinderella at midnight, and we had a ball to attend. Fortunately, I left with both shoes intact. Final Verdict The Collins turned our night into a fairytale feast. From the first bite to the last sip, it was spectacular. Would we re

This restaurant has always been a repeat for us since discovering it. The quality of the food and the service we receive always brings us back. I think we have eaten through the menu over the years. The price point is spot on. The cocktails are always great and to together nicely. A kudos o the management team and staff for practicing and pay attention to the large and small details of this restaurant. The Uncommon group relay knows how to make a meal enjoyable.

A welcoming warm greeting, prompt beverage service, an introduction to Adam our competent likable waiter, scrumptious Brussels sprouts on a grill with garlic, olive oil and finished with balsamic vinegar, absolutely delicious fried group sandwich with pickles on a delicious bun, should I go on? Lunch was perfect as was the setting!
