    Went to dinner at The Collins for the first time, on the recommendation of a server at The Macintosh (a sister restaurant in the group). Amazing! We had the Short Rib with risotto and the French Dip. In fact, we could've probably had almost anything on the menu and been happy. It was a great, diverse menu of "scratch kitchen" items. We will definitely be back. Met Spencer, the GM, and he was a great guy.

    Food and drinks were great! Loved the shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, and prime rib. It seems like they don’t check if you listed a special occasion because we put celebrating an anniversary and it wasn’t acknowledged. Service was on the slow side, but friendly.

    Our second visit to this location. We went for an early dinner and caught the remaining minutes of Happy Hour. Lauren was our server and she did a great job. Appetizers were perfect. We had the Almond chilli salmon tartar and guacamole w/chips to start. The salmon is out of this world. Our main entry’s were wonderful as well and we never felt rushed. Thank you for a very nice Saturday night!

    The Collins Small Batch was just the place to have a delicious dinner on our way downtown to see a concert. Having my heart on a tasty burger or fish sandwich, I surprised myself by ordering the Branzino in lemon caper sauce with risotto and broccolini. The dinner was so exceptional that I thought about it this morning! My husband ordered the chicken tenders ,fries and slaw either a peanut sauce as usual and was very happy. What a great upbeat place!

    This restaurant was the most fabulous find. We had been traveling for seven hours and we’re really hungry. The menu had many different choices for any type of hunger. Also, my husband has celiac and they were able to cater to this. I had the Caesar salad with  seared Ahi tuna I added side dish on it with golden beets and goat cheese. Then I got there salted baked potato with all the fillings, which was delicious. My husband had a Grover sandwich and a Caesar salad. The dressing was awesome. You can’t go wrong with this restaurant and the service by Adam was great.

    Biltmore chicken platter was very tasty as were the French dip and hamburger. Our server, holly. Was friendly and efficient. Because it was mid week the noise level was low… weekends it can get a bit noisy. All in all a nice place to eat.
