   Booked for five but no table was set. Slow start but it improved as the night went on M Steak and Fish and cheese all very good. Non alcoholic and one wasn’t a hit at all Non alcoholic cocktail was nice. Wines was good Good night all around

   I came to a restaurant for a New Year meal with friends but unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. Despite confirming our booking over the phone, we were told upon arrival that the kitchen was closed. To add to the confusion, a waitress initially gave us a food menu, only for us to be informed moments later that no food could be served. It was disappointing and poorly handled, especially for such an anticipated occasion.

   Hi Esther, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear your New Year Eve wasn't as seamless as expected. I believe the team did try their best to accommodate your request but unfortunately the Kitchen had closed 30 minutes prior. Our Collins Club Kitchen closes at 9pm from Monday to Wednesday and 10pm Thursday to Saturday, which is noted on OpenTable. We will be sure to share your feedback with the team and carry out any retraining and procedural reviews necessary.    Pitiful plate of a goats cheese mousse, with massive chunks of beetroot which totally overpowered the dish and barely any goats cheese!!!
