The ordering and payment system for groups is very frustrating and not easy to manage. Spoilt the overall experience.

The food was unforgivable, especially at this price point. The booked seating “wasn’t available” and at 8-00 we were told the kitchen was closing. (Hadn’t even received our drinks order!) The staff were lovely. Seems they have regular trouble trying to achieve consistency. I’m sorry for them but I wouldn’t risk it again.

I had three bao buns. Chicken one was nice. Pork was dry and just disgusting, looked like it was a week old (I sent it back and got a refund). The prawn one partly had shell on it (I complained about that too). I know I sound like a whinger, but come on guys this sort of food is not hard or gourmet. Very little care factor I think. I'm local and I certainly won't be back any time soon and will not be recommending this place.

Our dining experience at The Collective was fantastic. Food was delicious and service was prompt. A relaxed atmosphere. Place was warm and cosy and staff were friendly to my 16 month old grandson. Will definitely return on our next trip to Palm Beach.

Terrible! We waited 45 minutes to get a beer. We ordered the food twice and after 1.5 hours after waiting we left! What a waist of time ! Poor service
