Originally a historic US Coast Guard Station built in 1888 by famed architects McKim, Mead & White, now a spectacularly located waterfront restaurant overlooking Narragansett Bay. Offering an array of creative dishes from lobster & sweet corn tamale, lobster ravioli, grilled swordfish, lobster mac & cheese, & organic chicken; we supporting all aspects of sustainable agriculture and aquaculture. We use local farms when possible and source produce for quality and sustainability. Our seafood is sourced from purveyors that are dedicated to locating species from areas that produce the best tasting and highest quality seafood available.

    We celebrated our son's 18th Birthday with friends. Everything was wonderful from view, to service, to food!! Thank you Coast Guard House! It was an incredible birthday celebration!

    Our server Sean Gorman was the BEST! He was so personable, excited about being in The Anchor room and he gave us great suggestions for our meals. You could tell that Sean loved working at the Coast Guard House! He made a good meal GREAT! The Coast Guard House is fortunate to have him on staff. He is an asset to your restaurant! We will ask to have him the next time we go!

    Jeanette, our waitress was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, wonderful smile and a huge asset! Our dinner was superb, salmon, and the dessert, a hazelnut chocolate cake, outstanding! We greatly appreciated the 25% off and that made a difference as to where we chose to dine this evening. We will be back!

    It was a perfect evening for my girlfriend’s birthday. As always, the service was highly professional and personable. The entrees were superb; and the ambiance was nonpareil. Thank you for a memorable celebration.

    The food, the staff, and the atmosphere are absolutely wonderful here. My mother and I are regulars every week for lunch and it is always a treat to be here. The Hosts, Rick & Susie are so kind and welcoming, we always look forward to seeing them. We have had many different Servers and they too are always friendly and make us feel welcome. It is our favorite place to spend a Mother & Daughter Day! ❤️
