   This is our 2nd New Years Eve visit to The Circle. Justin, our server, is an absolute pleasure. The food was phenomenal...what a treat to have steak tartar for an appetizer! Highly recommend dining upstairs as it is quieter than the main floor. Upscale dining in the hills of Sussex County...who would've thought? Even on a busy night, a great experience.

   Highly recommend. Top notch food for half the price of what you’d pay in Manhattan for same level of absolute deliciousness. Rigatoni with pork was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Service is friendly and warm, with a calm and quiet vibe. At $100 a head the tasting menu is a bargain, wine list reasonably priced. We’ve eaten here three times this year and will definitely go again.

   Food and drinks were terrific! Service was low-key and calm. No one was rushing around. Focus was on us when the Server was addressing us. We even had a mini tour of the space

   Dover Sole was a nightly special. It was kind of pricey but not for Dover Sole. However it was the smallest I’ve ever had and not cooked the way I think it should be. It’s a very thin fish. Cooking it to be very crispy on the outside is way overcooking this fish. The rest of our dishes were very good. $40 is most I’ve ever paid for Lagavulin and although it’s a great scotch, it’s not worth $40.

   This was my third time at the circle and it never disappoints ! Every single dish we had was amazing , the flavors and presentation all of it ! Highly recommend.

    Always a gem of a family operation. Panko pork milanese is bomb love the new recipe. Finish off the night with a Nonino as it’s the best amaro Italy has and great th at the circle stocks it:)
