   Our go to fine dining restaurant in Southern NJ. On NYE it was understandably very lively and noisy. My steak was probably the best I've had in all the years the CH has been open, and given how busy the kitchen was I commend the chef, his staff and our servers.

   Great place! Lots of energy in the bar area and restaurant!! Food was excellent! Best steak!! Lovely evening celebrating the New Year! And my birthday! Crème brûlée with a candle to celebrate too!

   Luke, our waiter was great. The atmosphere was very nice as well as the decorations. Everyone’s food was amazing. I had the sea bass that was delicious. Great night!

   Our server, Destiny, was wonderful! Pleasant and knowledgeable. We were celebrating our nephew’s birthday and selected the ChopHouse because we knew the experience would be top notch!

   This is a place with great food and ambience where you can relax with a decent view. The menu is very broad especially for a higher end restaurant which tend to lean heavily on either sea food or meat . This place a had good options for both . The food was amazing and the staff was just as delightful.

   Food was outstanding, service was good, but restaurant was noisy. All considered, would definitely recommend.

   We were seated right away when we entered for our reservation After a few moments of seating the waitress came up to us after hostess left who seated us and asked if we had a reservation as if she wanted our table for other people? That question should of been for the hostess not a paying customer I thought that was unprofessional Then same waitress had friends there at next table Spent a lot of time there rather then serving us when we needed some drinks Besides that food was great and rest of service was good

   Arrived for Christmas eve dinner. The table was located in the outer dinning room area. The table was half set missing bread plates and some silverware. The water is un filter tap which tasted horrible. Ordered lobster bisque soup. It was very good. Then oysters and calamari . Oysters were not shucked well . Lots of shells. Calamari was very good. For the main ,Tomahawk for two. It came to the table while only halfway through the Oysters and calamari. They took it back. When it returned it was over cooked. Medium rare went to near well done. It Sat under a heat lamp. For $165 it should have been re -fired. But in all fairness it still tasted good. Dry but okay. The sides : Asparagus was excellent. Potatoes were under cooked and worst of all the creamed spinach. The worst Ive ever had. The spinach was hard/ raw and cream tasteless and separated. We sent it back. The deserts were good. Then while leaving a few waitresses and staff were horsing around at the bar. Suddenly one of the girls starts dropping F bombs so loud . She then realized we were walking by then ran into the kitchen oMG / laughing. REALLY!!!! No class.. Even the manager hide his face. What he should have done was make an apology on her and the restaurants behalf. For a $340 dollar dinner this evening really was awful. The Chop House needs a-lot of improvement. Very disappointed. It will be a long time before I would consider returning. Ken 8:45pm reservation.

    This was the perfect dining experience on Christmas Eve. David, our server, was the consummate host. We will be back.
